At Alpha Infusions, we value your time and ours, and we kindly ask for your understanding as we are implementing a new cancellation policy. Effective immediately, a $50 fee will be charged for IV therapy appointments that are missed or canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice. For EBOO appointments, due to the extended time and preparation involved, a $200 fee will apply for no-shows or cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice. This policy allows us to better serve all of our clients by keeping appointment times available for those who need them. We truly appreciate your cooperation and continued support!
